Silent Media presents a free screening of the new documentary film "Not in Service".

Produced by local filmmaker David Sebastiao, Not in Service dives into the history of Baltimore's dysfunctional public transit system and the recent cancellation of the Red Line. The film will be followed by a Q&A with the filmmaker, film participants, and local transit advocates.

The screening will take place in the Wheeler Auditorium at the Central Branch of the Enoch Pratt Library. The auditorium is located on the 3rd Floor.
